- QUESTION: What is the Difference between THE ORDER SHOP and THE BLACK VATICAN SHOP?
- ANSWER: Anyone on Gods green earth has the opportunity to shop at the Order Shop. But only The Black Label Order members can shop at The Black Vatican Shop.
North American M&G INFO:
First off a reminder that M&G packages are for the meet and greet EXPERIECE only – concert tickets are not included -and are sold separately.
If you purchased a M&G and do not have tickets for the show….please contact the venue box office for tickets now- or click:
URANIUM TIX in order to purchase from Ticketmaster.
ALL MEET AND GREETS – WILL BEGIN AT 3PM on the day of the show. Please arrive early and look for a sign out front directing you where to go. In nearly all cases, Mark Ferguson or another Doom Crew member will direct you inside the venue when the band arrives.
PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR RECIEPT AS WELL AS AN ID (drivers license or passport) TO THE M&G- that is how we will sort the package orders out. We also have a master list of names to refer back to as well!
Please remember- the M&G experience is about HAVING A GOOD TIME. HANGING WITH THE BAND. LEARNING MORE ABOUT ZAKK, NICK and JD…It’s also about GETTING TO KNOW THE DOOM CREW, like Mark, and security like Phil and more….those guys have great stories too!
These events are not contests to see how many items the band can sign…it’s really about hanging out with Zakk, JD and Nick and having fun.

There are 4 different experiences that you may have purchased. If you are wracking your brain to remember what comes with your experience- please go back and re-read your package details on the website. Also – please read the FAQ. It will answer many of your questions.
What CAN you bring into the M&G?
- A camera *
- A BLS CD *
- The Order Of The Black vinyl album
- Your phone
- A lot of questions for the band
- If you are under 18 years of age: a parent
* REMEMBER these items CANNOT be brought into VENUE during the show!
Here’s SOME BASIC RULES …this is very simply what you CANNOT bring into the M&G:
- Other items – outside of what you are getting in the package- like old magazines, posters, lava lights, your grandma, drugs, alcohol, guns, knifes and bad looking toupees. Mullets ARE allowed.
- Yep- the rumors are true- Unfortunately no guitars – unless you ordered the F-you money package and are expecting an Epiphone guitar.
- Please leave BAD MOODS at home too.
If you have a question about what you can and cannot bring…you likely should not bring it.
Lastly, we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone- based on criteria set forth regarding behavior or similar by security and the venue staff.

QUESTION: I cannot check out?
ANSWER: You can likely blame Microsoft Explorer-If you are using an older version of Microsoft Explorer as your web browser- you may encounter problems upon check-out. Please update it to the latest version, or use another web-browser. We reccomend Google Chrome or Firefox to browse the site. They work a ton better with our SECURE checkout system!
Q: I am wondering what happened to the promise of exclusive MP3′s and other information on the old site? Not much ever showed up.
A: In one word: sobriety. Zakk’s health came into serious question about a year ago and as a result he quit drinking. The resulting change led him to embrace new technology, like twitter and such. In fact, he’s more than embraced it– he lives it 24/7.
If you know Zakk the way we think you do, you already know he cannot keep a secret. So he likes to tweet stuff early.

Q I bought PRE-SALE tickets on the site already. Do I get into the Meet & Greet?
A: Nope- you must purchase tickets and Meet & Greets separately.
Q: From a berzerker in Australia: Will the Fan Club only back patch be available in this special Fan Shop that you have mentioned on the site?
A: No..
Q: How long are the Meet & Greets?
A: They usually are about one hour in length.
Q: I’ve got pre-sales tickets waiting for me at will-call. Meet & Greet too. Who is organizing this onsite? Listen…I don’t trust my mother- and certainly not my girlfriend, so how in the hell can I trust you that all this name stuff and cool shit will be there day-of show?
A: The Doom Crew will be sure of it.
Q:Which back patch comes on the work shirt.
A: Order logo with Crucifix and the skull at bottom – just like Zakk has been wearing – this patch is one piece..
Q: Will we be getting our stuff ton the day of show or will we receive them in the mail before the show?
A: Day Of Show – However, since each shirt and zippo is handcrafted- there may delay of several days for the first week of the tour- in that case anything NOT available will be sent to you!
Q:what size shirt should i buy? The tee and shirt on this run are sized the same.
A: An email will be coming to you from cutomerservice@theorderoftheblack.com.
Q: Can i upgrade my M&G pakage before or at the show?
A: NO.
Q: How will i know were and what time my M&G is at?
A: 1 week prior to the show via email - However, all M&G’s are to begin at 3 PM sharp the afternoon of the show.
Q: What item’s can i bring to the M&G to have sign’d by the band
A: The new CD, The Vinyl version of The Order Of The Black.
Q: How will they know if i am a BLSNation/TheBlackLabelOrder member or not at the M&G and what is the bonus I’ve been hearing about?
A: We will have a list of members to cross reference. The bonus is something all BLSNation members will receive very soon.
Q: How do i know if i am an origonal BLSnation member or TheBlackLabelOrder member?
A: We have a record of all members. When the new back end goes live- you will be at the “Nation” level.
Q: Can we bring our own camera? and if so can we take a pic with the band
A: Yes- but a photo package will be available April. Look for that to be amazing.
