By using The Black Label Order, the user (referred to herein as “you”) agree to the Purchase Policy and Terms of Use set forth herein. If you do not agree to the policies and terms set forth herein, do not continue to use The Black Label Order.
Why The Black Label Order?
Our objective at The Black Label Order is to make your event ticket, fan club and VIP Meet & Greet purchasing experience fast and easy! The following purchasing policies and terms of use are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on The Black Label Order. The policy set forth herein constitutes both our purchase policy and the terms of use of this The Black Label Order website.
Pricing and Availability
The Black Label Order is a ticketing service which sells tickets, fan club memberships and VIP Meet & Greets on behalf of Zakk Wylde and Black Label Society-via a joint venture between Concepts In Concert (Fan club, web operation, select merchandise), and All Access Entertainment LLC (field staffing, marketing and future business), and Band Of Beer. Concepts In Concert, All Access Entertainment, LLC and Band Of Beer also acts as an independent service which sells tickets, fan club memberships and VIP Meet & Greet also as well as other promoters, bands, teams, mixed martial artists, and concert venues.
The Black Label Order does not represent any of these promoters, bands, teams, artists or venues and consequently does not set ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets to an event may be sold through various sources, including other online ticketing agencies, charge by phone, ticket outlets and box offices. Not all distribution points necessarily access the same ticketing system and ticket inventory for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to an event, however The Black Label Order does not control this inventory or its availability for sale through The Black Label Order. All shows, as well as venue locations and seat locations are subject to change.
Service and Handling FeeTickets purchased on The Black Label Order are subject to a per ticket service charge and a per order handling charge.
On Sale Dates
From time to time, The Black Label Order may advertise upcoming events and the date on which tickets are expected to become available for purchase. These “on sale” dates are tentative and subject to change at any time by the promoter, band, team, artist or venue arranging ticketing for the event.
Forms of Payment as a convenience to our users, The Black Label Order accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards for payment of purchases made through The Black Label Order. We also accept PayPal.
Number of Tickets Per Customer
When purchasing tickets on The Black Label Order , an individual purchaser or household may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This limitation and the terms thereof are included on the event page and are verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
Ticket Limits
In an effort to give all interested customers an opportunity to purchase tickets to an event, venues and promoters often set limits on the number of tickets one customer or household is allowed to purchase. You will be advised of any limits on tickets by a posting on the “buy” page for the event, or by a system limitation on the number of tickets you may purchase during your online session. Tickets purchased for an event during multiple online sessions on our web site are totaled to ensure that any venue or promoter imposed limitations are not exceeded. When customers exceed these limits, their orders may not be fulfilled.
Ticket availability is subject to change. We are acting as a sales agent for venues and promoters – your money is held in escrow when you pay for pre-sale tickes. We do not control the number of tickets or the location of seats that are made available for purchase. Sometimes promoters and venues release additional tickets for an event after it has gone on sale. Tickets are also “locked” (not available) for a short time while customers complete their purchase.
If a customer does not complete his or her purchase, previously locked tickets are released and made available for purchase. For these reasons and others, the tickets available for a given event can and do change rapidly. If you are unable to find tickets to an event, please check back again. Once your purchase has been completed however, we are not allowed to exchange or refund your order even if additional tickets become available at a later date.
Delivery of Tickets and Will Call
If you chose to have your tickets delivered by Mail, You should receive your tickets one week prior to the event. From time to time, users will input incorrect billing or credit card information for a ticket order. This incorrect information can delay or make impossible processing and delivery of tickets. In the event that The Black Label Order becomes aware of the fact that it has received incorrect information, The Black Label Order will attempt to contact the user by e-mail to resolve the discrepancy.
Tickets and M&G passes held at Will Call are usually available one hour prior to the doors opening for the event. You will need to present both picture identification for the purchaser of the tickets and the credit card to which the tickets were charged in order to receive the tickets purchased. If you have not received your tickets 1 week prior to the event, please contact us at customerservice@theblacklabelorder.com.
Refunds and Exchanges -
Before completing any purchase of tickets or Meet & Greet packages through The Black Label Order, carefully review your event and seating selection and event start time. Pursuant to the policies and procedures established by our clients, and the agreements between The Black Label Order and those clients, The Black Label Order is prohibited from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket or access pass has been purchased; regardless of whether that ticket or pass has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. In regards to Meet & Greet packages, you are purchasing the experience of meeting the band. The collateral (photos, banners, vests, laminates and more) for each given package is added value and considered a gift relevant to the package price. You accept these terms, and that in some instances, the package components- such as photos, tee shirts, banners, laminates, guitars, denim vests, leather vests and more may be subject to change, or in fact substituted for something of equal or greater value, in other instances or due to shortages onsite or other events beyond our control, certain package gifts may supplied to you at a later date. This includes an image or images of the events themselves in the form of digital downloads, printed images or similar- all at the discretion of the theblacklabelorder.com. If certain events permit, the images and or products will be available at the event themselves
Cancelled Events
From time to time, previously scheduled events may be cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band, artists or venue due to weather conditions, safety considerations or other issues making the scheduled event impossible or impracticable. When an event cancellation occurs, The Black Label Order makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price. Service Fees, Shipping Fees and/or Handling Fees will not be refunded. Events scheduled for outdoor venues are sold “rain or shine” and there will be no refunds issued for rain cancelled shows. If an event is cancelled, please Contact Us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue, promoter, team, band or artist may set refund limitations. Contact Us for exact instructions. In any event, The Black Label Order will not be liable to user for any loss, cost, damage associated with any cancellation or postponement of a scheduled event.
Access and Interface with The Black Label Order
You agree that you will not utilize any robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to disrupt the normal operations of The Black Label Order or to copy the web pages and content contained herein. You further agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, change or otherwise display any content (other than for your own personal use) from our website without the express prior written permission of The Black Label Order. Any illegal or other use of The Black Label Order , including but not limited to unauthorized ticket purchases, unauthorized linking to The Black Label Order , or the use of any robot, spider or other manipulative practice will be investigated and appropriate civil, criminal or equitable legal action sought. In addition to civil, criminal or equitable remedies, The Black Label Order may, in its sole discretion, cancel any and all ticket orders which it believes to have been placed in violation of the policies and terms herein or through otherwise fraudulent means.
Disclaimer- The Black Label Order does not and cannot guarantee that the website will be continuously available and without error. This website is offered to you “as-is,” “as-available,” and without warranty. The Black Label Order disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Black Label Order will not be liable to you for any damages suffered in connection with your use of this website.
The Black Label Order further disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any other users of this website, the promoters, bands, teams, artists and venues with whom The Black Label Order contracts and advertisers or sponsors of this website.
Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where limitations on liability are restricted or prohibited, The Black Label Order will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if The Black Label Order has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute between you and The Black Label Order, your use of this website indicates your consent to jurisdiction in the City of Burbank, County of Los Angeles, and the State of California and that adjudication of any and all disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
Trademark and Copyright
The Black Label Order, and accompanying designs and software, are the exclusive property of a joint venture between Concepts In Concert, and All Access Entertainment LLC. The Black Label Order and accompanying designs associated with that name are the registered trademarks of Concepts In Concert, and All Access Entertainment LLC.
The software configured for and associated with the operation of this website is copyrighted and owned by Concepts In Concert, and All Access Entertainment LLC.
OUR SCALPING/BROKER POLICY
The Black Label Order sells tickets that are intended for the use of fan club members only. Tickets made available through this site are intended only for fans that are actually planning on attending the shows requested. It is strictly prohibited to resell any tickets obtained through The Black Label Order for more than the purchase price. If you are found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets that you purchased through our site for profit, The Black Label Order may at its discretion cancel your ticket order and all other pending orders in your name. This cancellation will result in a refund of the total price for the tickets minus a $10.00 per ticket processing fee and any shipping fees that have been incurred with respect to the order. We reserve the right to investigate all orders suspected to be in violation of this policy.
PAYPAL- We cannot guarantee that PayPal will be functioning at all times as an avenue for payment through the website.
VIP M&G – BY PURCHASING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE MEET AND GREETS YOU MAY BE PHOTOGRAPHED, AND YOU AGREE TO ALLOW US TO YOU THOSE IMAGES IN PROMOTION AND ON THE WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE OR PURCHASE!
