SHIPPING INFO

The Black Label Order, ships via primarily via United Postal Service, however on occasion we will use the UPS, and FedEx depending on your location.

UPS ISSUES AND POLICY

Please be aware that UPS requires a signature for all packages so make sure you’re home to sign (or someone is). Better yet, have us ship to your place of business if they will allow it- just think of the envy you’ll receive from your co-workers upon opening the package in front of their curious eyes. Also, we can not honor requests to leave packages at the front door, or with a neighbor — YOUR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

The likelihood of this happing is slim, but if for some reason it does happen, hit us with an email at: customerservice@theblacklabelorder.com. Just let us know what happened- and well work to fix it. For additional information see RETURNS below.

WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED

Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours.

HOW ARE ORDERS SENT

The Black Label Order, ships most U.S. orders via USPS Flat Rate (usually 3-5 days). Orders can will be delivered on Mon- Sat.
Shipping is calculated prior to submitting your payment information.

You are fully responsible for all additional fees your order may incur. With international shipping, the destination country will charge duties and import taxes on the shipment. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and can be paid with cash or check. Shipping carrier collects these fees on delivery.  THERE IS NOTHING WE AN DO TO AVOID THESE CHARGES!

RETURN POLICY

All products unopened and returned within 12 days of purchase will be fully refunded.  Purchase  event packages carefully, as all Meet & Greet Packages are refundable up to 1 week  in advance of the event. After that, there are no refunds.

Before we will accept any return you must contact us for a return authorization (RA) number- please email customerservice@theblacklabelorder.com. We’ll need a quick description on what’s up- and we’ll take care of it right away.
